TWO OF US

In loving memory of my father

This video is a deeply personal exploration of love, loss, and the enduring connection between a father and daughter. Through poetic visuals and heartfelt storytelling, I share my journey of grief and healing, inspired by the everyday moments I shared with my dad—our daily calls, his simple gifts of apples, and the quiet yet profound bond we had. Four years after his passing, his memory continues to guide me, and this piece is my way of keeping him close. Using mixed media techniques and a blend of imagery and emotion, I aim to capture the irreplaceable essence of our relationship. I hope this story resonates with anyone who has experienced loss, and helps you find comfort in the beauty of remembering.

PIECE BY PIECE

There are moments when words come not from the mind, but from somewhere deeper. This video is one of those moments.

My dear friend, Ekaterina Timoshinina, wrote a poem that echoed something I couldn’t yet name—but I felt it. She reads it here in her own voice, soft and steady, like waves touching the shore. The images in this video are fragments of a journey—not just mine, but something shared. A moment between past and future, a breath held in the present. Through the quiet presence of nature, light, shadow, and movement, I tried to listen to what life was telling me—piece by piece. This work is part of my Piece by Piece series, but it stands gently on its own as well—a meditation on inner truth, connection, and the spaces we create to hear ourselves again.
